Day 1: Arrive Bodhgaya
(Myanmar/Burma)Yangon – Gaya from Myanmar National Airline
Arrival at Gaya International Airport by Myanmar National Airline. Upon arrival meet and greet by our
Company Representative, who will assist you with the transfer from airport to your Hotel. Check In Hotel
and refresh your self, Later evening visit Mahabodhi Temple and The Bodhi tree situated in the premises
of the temple, is the one under which Buddha attained illumination. Dinner and Overnight at hotel.
Day 2: Bodhgaya
Morning breakfast proceed to Sujata Village (Senani Village), the next Buddhist site
marks the location where the young maiden, Sujata offered the rice milk bowl and ended Sakyamuni's hard
asceticism. This incident also inspired him to walk on a 'Middle Path' in every front of life. Such is
the glory of Sujata Village. Here, the exact site where he received the offering is marked by Sujata
Temple. Later visit Dungeshwari Cave Temples, also known as Mahakala caves, is situated
12 km north-east of Bodhgaya, in Gaya district Bihar. Gautama Siddhartha is believed to have piously
meditated at this place for six years before he went to Bodhgaya for the final realization. Two small
shrines are built to commemorate this phase of Buddha. A golden emaciated Buddha sculpture memorising
the rigid penance is enshrined in one of the cave temples and a large (about 6' tall) Buddha's statue in
the other. A Hindu goddess deity Dungeshwari is also placed inside the cave temple. Rest of days is free
for leisure. Dinner and Overnight stay will at Bodhgaya
Day 3: Bodhgaya –Nalanda – Rajgir –Patna (195 km )
After breakfast at hotel later excursion to Rajgir (80 kms), Rajgir is a site of great Sanctity and
significance for Buddhists. Afternoon visit Gridhkutta Hill, Bimbisar jail & Ajatashatru's Fort. After
lunch drive to Nalanda, (12 kms). It was one of the oldest Universities of the World & International
Centre for Buddist Studies. Nalanda was one of the greatest monastic universities of the ancient world
University established in 5th century BC. It is believed that Lord Buddha and also the founder of
Jainism religion Lord Mahavir taught at this university for years. There is even a monument to
facilitate Chinese traveler monk and writer Hiuen Tsang who studied at this university in the 7th
century A.D. After visit drive go to Patna. Overnight at hotel.
Day 4 : Patna- Vaishali – Kushinagar (250 KMS |07Hrs)
After breakfast drive to Kushinagar En-route visiting Vaishali where Lord Buddha preached his last
sermon announcing his approaching Nirvana. Visit stupas holding urns containing ashes of Buddha and
Ashok pillar erected by Emperor Ashoka to mark places sanctified by Buddha. The place is also known now
for famous Madhubani paintings. Continue drive to Kushinagar. Arrive & Check-in at hotel. Kushinagar is
the place where Buddha entered perfect tranquility the state of Maha Pari Nirvana. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 5 : Kushinagar –Lumbini
After breakfast drive to Lumbini (05hrs). Lumbini: The birth place of Lord Buddha in the Himalayan
foothills of Nepal. Arrive & check-in at hotel. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 6: Lumbini – Kapilvastu–Sravasti | 280 KMS |07 Hrs|
After breakfast morning leave for Sravasti, enroute visit Kapilavastu - where Buddha’s childhood was
spent & also visit ruins of the Palaces. Later continue drive to Sravasti & on arrival check-in at
hotel. After Lunch visit Sravasti, where Buddha spent his 24 monsoons, visit Jetvana and Ananda Bodhi
Tree. Overnight at hotel..
Day 7:Sravasti – Varanasi |400 KMS |10 Hrs|
After Breakfast leave sravastii for Varanasi by surface (400kms / 10 hrs). Varanasi is famous for Hindus
and Buddhists as its close proximity to Sarnath. Arrival check in to the hotel and then proceed to Gange
aarti takes place at 6.45 PM in the evening after the sunset for around 45 minutes at the Dashashwamedh
ghat in the Varanasi. Devotees have started to come to see the Gange aarti at least one hour before.
Varanasi. After then come back Overnight at hotel.
Day 8:Varanasi - Sarnath – Bodhgaya( 260 kms/6 Hours )
After Breakfast leave sravastii for Varanasi by surface (400kms / 10 hrs). Varanasi is famous for Hindus
and BuddEarly morning boat excursion on the river Ganges, a ferry pilgrimage from ghat to ghat. People
bathe early in the morning to offer the prayers to the rising sun. Come back to hotel for
breakfast.After breakfast go to Sarnath (14 kms), Visit Dhamekha Stupa and Deer park Later Back to hotel
for lunch. After lunch leave Varanasi for Bodhgaya by surface (300 kms / 7 hrs) . Overnight at hotel.
Day 09 : Bodhgaya Departure
After Breakfast city tour of bodhgaya. For shoping,then go to mahabodhi temple.after lunch transfer to
airport to connect the flight for onward destination.
