DAY 01 : PATNA- DARBHANGA
Arrival at Patna Airport. The capital city of Bihar located at the southern bank of the river Ganga.The
history of this city stretches beyond 2500 years back. The ancient name of this city was Pataliputra
which remained as the capital of Magadha under multiple dynasties for about thousand years.
Meet and Greet by Representative. Transfer to to Darbhanga approx 140 kms/Approx 5 Hours . City is known
for Darbhanga Royal family one of richest landowners of the country during British Raj. Upon arrival
check in to hotel. Refresh youself later proceed to visit Darbhanga sightseeing visit Lakshmishwar Vilas
Palace, The forts and havelies of Darbhanga Raj, Nargauna Palace, Bela Palace , Rambagh Palace, and
Chandradhari Museum are place of worth seeing. In Evening you are free for shopping visit local market
and buy some Mithila Painting. Later back to Hotel and enjoy some delicious Mithilanchal dishes,
overnight at Darbhanga.

DAY 2 : DARBHANGA – MADHUBANI – DARBHANGA
After Breakfast at Hotel. Proceed to Madhubani approx 40 kms/ 1 Hours for Full day excursion. It is
famous Madhubani Painting, also known as mithila painting, is practiced in the state of Bihar and also
in the Mithila region of neighboring Nepal. Madhubani paintings are made by women folks from Brahmin and
Kayastha families.. Madhuban, women of the household would paint the walls of their homes to celebrate
occasions like birth, marriage, and religious rituals. In recent times, practicing madhubnai artists
have transcended their medium of art – to paper and canvass. Later visit to ruins of Old Rajnagar Fort.
After Lunch visit Navlakha Palace, Ram Janki Temple, . Evening back to Darbhanga. Dinner and overnight
stay in Darbhanga.

DAY 03: DARBHANGA – PATNA
After Breakfast at Hotel. Proceed to Patna approx 130 Kms/ 4 Hours. Upon arrival at Patna . visit to
Patna Museum for visit of holy cascade of Buddha relic. The relic found in the excavation of the
Vaishali stupa, believed to contain the Buddha's last mortal remains is preserved in this museum. The
most prized collection of the museum is the famous Dibarganj Yakshini discovered at the bank of Ganga in
1917. The beautiful highly polished stone sculpture is a marvellous specimen of the past glory of Indian
sculptors. After Lunch at hotel. In Evening visit Takht Patna Sahib Gurudwara, also known as Takht Sri
Harmandir Ji, the birth place of the tenth Guru Sri Guru Gobind Singh.It was built by Maharaja Ranjit
Singh (1780-1839). Dinner and Overnight stay in Patna.
Day 04: PATNA
Breakfast at Hotel. Rest of the day is free. In time transfer to Airport for onward Journey.
